Hum. My guess is spelled differently, but it's always worth a... guess... is it about that painting... Um.
In the Hollow of a Wave off the Coast at Kanagawa? It was byyyyy... Hokusai. I think. If that's spelled right...
(My friends have a poster of it in their house, so it kind of came to me. That and the foam on the water,
I think, looks similar. I think.)

Hahaha! I did a random search on Gyarados, and this popped up... Awesome! I love the... um. Word... noun... adjective... ach. I suppose 'dirty-esqe splotches' works well... on the fins, you know?
Gyarados is hard to freakin' draw! As you probably know. Unless you're somekind of. Masochist. Yes.
The detail! Wooo.
Oh. And. The mouth... keeps drawing my attention. It is. ...Squishy.
